Installing GSAC on Windows

We have had success in our process to install GSAC WS on Windows 7. The details of our installation are:

- PC characteristics:
	- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.10GHz
	- Memory RAM 2,00 GB
	- System type 64-bit Operating System

- Operation System (OS): Windows 7 Professional

- MySQL server 5.6.16 (win64 (x86_64)

- Ant for Windows 1.9.4 

- Subversion (svn) for Windows 1.8.9

We have followed all the GSAC instructions in README part 1 and part 2 files.
